Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?

Bridge & Stone ships via FedEx within the United States, U.S. territories, and internationally.

Domestic

For domestic orders, we offer complimentary shipping.

U.S. Territories & International

For U.S. territories and international orders, we offer complimentary shipping.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Order processing includes made-to-order production (when applicable), careful handling, signature packaging, and shipping. Processing time may take 4–6 weeks, depending on availability. Select special pieces may require additional time—if so, a Bridge & Stone specialist will be in touch to guide you throughout your post-purchase experience.

Domestic orders

Domestic packages are typically received within 2–3 business days after the order ships.

International orders

International packages are typically received within 2–5 business days after the order ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on national holidays. Any orders placed outside of this window will be processed on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make an update, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters processing, changes may not be possible.

Will my purchase arrive in exclusive Bridge & Stone packaging?

Yes. Your order will be delivered in Bridge & Stone signature packaging, and a certificate of authenticity will be included.

Yes. Gift messages are available upon request prior to completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return policy

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To preserve your piece, avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning agents. Store each piece separately when not in use.

Repairs

If your jewelry requires service, contact us at repairs@bridgeandstone.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review repair options based on the item and situation.
